Gregory Paus
Gregory S. Paus is an award-winning Strategic Integrated Marketing Specialist with over 20 years of experience delivering innovative, results-driven campaigns for top national brands. Blending creative direction with account management, he has led high-performing teams and executed integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. His work has earned industry recognition, including features in Promo Magazine and Rolling Stone, and built trusted partnerships with clients like Molson Coors, Kraft Heinz, and The J.M. Smucker Company. Gregory has held leadership roles at Collaborative Marketing Group, Marketing Drive Worldwide, and Draft Worldwide/Lee Hill, developing award-winning work for Sprint, Pillsbury, and Kimberly-Clark. Passionate about mentorship and education, he has also supported charitable initiatives for inner-city youth. He holds a BA in Advertising Art from Columbia College Chicago and an MBA in Marketing Communications from Purdue University Global, graduating with honors. Proficient in multimedia development, WordPress, HTML/CSS, AI tools, and IT systems, Gregory is a future-forward marketing leader.
Tom Venturini
Tom Venturini is a dynamic marketing strategist and business development leader with more than two decades of success in sports, entertainment, and sponsorship marketing. Known for driving revenue, brand engagement, and client satisfaction, he has secured and managed multimillion-dollar partnerships within NASCAR and across diverse consumer, product, and service related industries. Most recently, as Director of Sponsorship Sales and Marketing for Venturini Motorsports, Tom led strategic partnerships, public relations, and event activations that elevated brand visibility and fan engagement nationwide. His expertise spans new business development, public relations, and direct response marketing, with a consistent record of delivering measurable results and building long-term client relationships. Continuing to leverage his expertise in relationship management and strategic marketing as both a consultant and community leader. His volunteer work with People Against Distracted Driving and the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame reflects his dedication to using marketing as a tool for social impact and positive change.
